Practical Solutions.

Wadda Maintenance Solutions is an Indigenous owned and operated family business, born and built in the Territory.

Founded by Savanah Pagel and Jake Unstead, Wadda brings together hands-on experience across property maintenance, grounds, pools, civil works and repairs to provide complete property care across Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding areas.

What started as a small local maintenance business has grown through word of mouth, repeat customers and strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, businesses and community organisations.

Our goal has stayed simple: make property maintenance easier. One local team, clear communication and a wide range of practical services to help keep properties cared for — inside and out.

We built Wadda around the kind of service we value ourselves: straightforward communication, people who turn up, and work that’s treated with care.

We know property maintenance rarely fits neatly into one box. A job might start with a damaged wall and lead to painting, or a yard clean-up might uncover an irrigation problem. Having one team capable of handling a broad range of maintenance means fewer contractors to organise and a simpler experience for our customers.

GROWING WITH PURPOSE

As Wadda grows, we want that growth to create opportunities beyond our own business — particularly through local employment, skills development and opportunities for Indigenous young people to gain practical experience in the industry.
